Nevada is lucky enough to have many beautiful turn of the century homes, as well as a number of historic buildings which are featured on a driving tour. Many of the houses are located within a few blocks of the square, and the tour is well worth the time.
Please note: These homes are privately owned and not open to the public so the interiors cannot be viewed. Public buildings, such as the Courthouse, the Museum and Jail are open for tours. The W. F. Norman Corporation is a private business but walk by, you just may be able to see some of the artisans at work as you look in the many windows or you may possibly even experience the force of the huge drop presses.
A driving tour map is available for free upon request in the museum gift shop.
