“Filling Harry’s Plate: Mid Century Modern Food through the Truman Years”

Award-winning author and foodways interpreter Suzanne Corbett describes mid-20th century food trends during the term of President Harry Truman. She will explain how food defined 20th century American culture and the dishes Harry Truman would have found on his plate from his days as a Missouri farm boy to the White House.
